• x1 fresh strawberry

• 22.5ml lemon juice

• 22.5ml cream

• 30ml simple syrup

• 45ml Cripps Pink Gin

• x1 egg white or foamer

• Soda

 

Method

Muddle strawberry in shaker with lemon juice. Add cream, simple syrup, gin and egg white. Shake vigorously with a large ice cube. Pour into tall glass with ice and top with soda. Garnish with a strawberry.
